AUTING lining caps equipments have been designed tu suplí bog and small productions.
They are flexible and each model can work with an extensive cap diameter range.
They have a quickly and simple tool change.
There are differents models to produce lining cap from 20 to 120 mm.
Our standar equipments with 1-up die can produce from 3000 to 14000 caps / min, depending on size diameter.
We produce machines with 2-up and 3-up die set for bigger production requeriments. They can work with any linner material, sensitiva included, and place two superposed Seals.

All caps contact point are stainless steel AISI 304, PVC or hard anodize aluminium.
WE PRODUCE TOO, MULTIPLE LINING CAPS EQUIPMENTS, WITH BIGGER PRODUCTION, OR SPECIAL AUTOMATIC EQUIPMENTS FOR COMPOSED CAPS ASSEMBLY WITH OR WHITHOUT SEAL, AND OTHERS.
