Two packaging boxes director:
Approved caps are sent through an output canal to two packaging boxes, which the systems fills up to a quantity entered through the operating panel. The filling of boxes is alternate, the system warns the operator with a buoy when one box is full. He will replace the full box with an empty one; meanwhile the second one is filling up. Just is left the packaging closing operation.

Detection systems:
Detection systems guarantee the correct lining and, in the rare case of a failure, the separation of the defective piece. It has two default detection systems, one that detects the lack of the liner, and another that detects an incomplete liner or “half-moon”
In case of being necessary a more complete and exhaustive control, it can be added an artificial vision system, which will detect failures in caps geometry or liner imperfections.

Additional functions:

Particle suction system:
Some liner materials leave little bits when cut. In most cases is inadmissible that these particles remain in the cap. To avoid this, a particle suction system can be added. This sucks in air and the loosen particles, from liner or other ones that lays in the cap, sending them to an interchangeable bag.

Air ionizer:
Previous process of lining produce static electricity charges in caps. These charges attract dust particles from air, which sticks to the cap. To avoid this, when leaving the lining module, caps are sent through an ionized air flow. This produces the discharge of the static electricity.

Hot Melt adhesive applier:
All our equipment has free site for a Hot Melt gluing station.

Additional operations:

Sleve turn:
Some caps get out the injection process with their security strips upward. Before lining, they bend inside so they stay in the correct position for use.

Labeling:
A cap labeling module can be added.

Security:
All machines have perimeter closing and electric security systems according to international rules.
