Feeder systems
Vibratory
feeders:
Feeder equipment for all pieces. We have bowls ranging from
150 mm up to 1200 mm. All made in AISI304 stainless steel
welded by TIG and MIG processes. Epoxi encapsulated coils
vibrating bases.
Electronic
controls:
Developed for each application, they control vibration by
amplitude and frequency with started guide.
Slopes:
We made a canal that transports the piece between the feeder
and the machine. It can be a slope, moving the pieces by gravity.
In case the pieces have to push the pieces, we use vibratory
canals, fluidized or with transport bands. |

Acoustic
cabins:
Auting feeders are very silent, but some pieces may produce
noise when vibrate and collide each other. In these cases
we have cabins that isolates noise inside them.
Supporting
bases:
In the case of needing supporting bases, we have fixed and
adjustable heights. Painted with epoxi or made all in stainless
steel.
Vibratory
linear feeders:
Principally for piece transportation. Smaller ones transport,
for instance, plastic caps, inserts, etc. They are used as
link a between the circular feeder and the machine to feed,
in those cases where slopes cannot be used.
All our models have an electronic control for vibrations that
can adjust speed and flow of the products, which allows the
doze of the pieces.
Linear
transporters:
They are used to transport solids materials in bulk greater
distances, such as sand, seeds, snacks, coffee, etc. The main
advantage compared with a standard band transport system is
that materials are sent in trays, that prevents products losses. |
